At first when the mattress arrived, it was too firm for me. I called the shop and they told me that a new mattress will be more firm and to give it 2-3 weeks. They also told me to walk my knees all over the mattress to help soften it faster. I asked my husband to do it since he is heavier. It works! I got used to it after 2-3 days.
