Shipping & Delivery


Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver within Singapore only. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at hello@sleepspace.com.sg.

Shipping Rates
• FREE shipping on all orders above $100
• Flat delivery fee of $10 for orders below $100
(Applicable within Singapore only)


Delivery Policy


Mattresses and beds are delivered directly by the respective brand suppliers. If your order includes products from multiple brands, they will be delivered separately.

Delivery combinations:
• Bedding accessories with a bed/mattress of the same brand: delivered together.
• Bedding accessories ordered alone or from a different brand: delivered separately.


Delivery Arrangements


• Our team will contact you in advance to schedule your delivery.
• For changes, please inform us at least 2 working days in advance.


Stair Charges 

 

If your delivery address is not lift-accessible, is located above ground/loading bay level, or if the item cannot fit in the lift, stair charges apply per item:

‣ Magic Koil - $20/floor FROM 3rd floor onwards 
‣ Maxcoil / Viro - $10/floor FROM 2nd floor onwards 
‣ Sleepy Night - $10/floor FROM 3rd floor onwards 
‣ Slumberland - $10/floor FROM 4th floor onwards 
‣ SofzSleep - $60 to 2nd & 3rd floor only, applicable for Queen & King size mattresses

Notes:
• For other brands, contact us for applicable rates.
• Staircase charges also apply for mattress disposal via stairs.
• All rates are subject to prevailing GST.
• Charges are payable directly to the delivery team.


Failed Delivery


If no one is present at the confirmed delivery time, a $50 redelivery fee will apply. This must be paid before rescheduling.


Mattress / Bed Frame Disposal


Disposal charges vary by brand. Please confirm rates with us.
Note: Staircase charges apply if there's no lift access during disposal.


Returns & Cancellations 


We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for beds, mattresses, or accessories. Please ensure your selections are final before completing your order.


Product Quality Claims


If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify the delivery team immediately and reject the item. We will contact you within 1 working day for follow-up.


Warranty


Warranties are provided by the respective brands. Please register your product directly on the brand’s warranty registration page.


Payment Methods


We accept:
• Visa & Mastercard
• PayNow

For PayNow orders, your order will be held until payment is received. If not received within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
