As per many reviewers mentioned, this is a firm mattress. Somehow though, its firm but not hard and very comfortable. I usually would prefer a medium firm mattress but since getting back pain recently, decided to get something firmer. Feels great and support well. For reference, I am 95Kg and side sleeper.

Highly recommend both this mattress and the shop. I tested this at the shop and love the firmness and support. Staff took time to explain how to sleepy with better posture. Great overall.
